Before we can start the actual wheatmilling process, the pre-milling phase must be completed.
This starts in the field with the selection of the right qualitative wheat varieties. For this, we have long-term collaborations with wheat farmers' cooperatives.
Once the wheat has been harvested and delivered to us, a second important step follows:
A quality check
Our lab technicians take a few samples of the wheat and check whether it meets the desired parameters. A crucial step to guarantee optimal quality.
Then comes the cleaning
The modern equipment we use ensures that the wheat is perfectly cleaned and can be stored in concrete silos in optimal conditions.

Moistening the wheat to the ideal moisture content: This is very important to ensure a smooth and constant grinding in the mill.
